Grande Island Resort is located at Subic Bay Freeport Zone. A two and one half hour drive from Manila.
How to get there
By Car - Take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) to the San Fernando Exit. From the toll booth turn right and drive towards Bataan. You will pass through the towns of Bacolor, Guagua, Lubao in Pampanga and Dinalupihan in Bataan where you make a right turn towards the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and Olongapo City. Enter the Tipo Expressway and follow the signs to the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Administration Building on Waterfront Road. The Grande Island Resort Ferry Terminal is located infront of the SBMA Administration Building.
By Bus - Victory Liner and Saulog Transit regularly ply the routes of Olongapo City. Taxi Cabs may take you directly or inside the Freeport Zone to our ferry terminals, or jeepneys make take you as far as the SBMA gate where can avail of shuttle service to the ferry terminal.
Situated in a Chalet cluster, we make sure that every single detail in our guestrooms create the warm, cozy and relaxing ambience of home. Equipped with two queen size beds, individual split-type air conditioners, Toilet and Bath with Hot and Cold Water, Remote Controlled Television with limited cable access, In-room Safety Deposit Boxes, Writing Table and Chair, Internet access, Coffee and Tea Making Facilities and wide spacious veranda with furniture opening up to a panoramic view of the sea or the inland area of the resort.

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions; and are not applicable for conventions, conferences and seminars.
• Rates are not valid during Peak Season (Chinese New Year and Holy Week).
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Boarding Policies
• Passengers should be at the docking area at least thirty (30 minutes) before boarding time.
• All passengers should have their boarding passes before boarding the vessel.
• In case boarding pass is lost, a new boarding pass must be purchased from the terminal or front office at Php 500.00 each.
• All check-in/day tour guests should have reservations for the boat transfer and seat allocations prior to departure to and from Marina Office or Front Desk.
• In case guest misses the scheduled transfer to the Island or vise-versa, they shall be re-scheduled to the next available scheduled transfer. Should the guest opt for a special transfer, the Resort shall charge a transfer fee of Php 3,000.00 per way. Fees are to be settled at the Grande Island Resort Terminal Ticketing Office for guests departing from the terminal. In-house guests should settle their fees at the Grande Island Resort Front Office.
