The La Maja Rica Hotel and Restaurant is a Boutique Hotel situated along th National Highway, halfway between Manila and Baguio, and at the commercial and business center of Tarlac City.

La Maja Rica Hotel and Restaurant offers a choice of 40 well-equipped guest rooms with deluxe amenities such as colored TV with cable channels and remote-controlled air-conditioning system, centralized solar-powered heating system for hot water usage, telephone with NDD/IDD, 24 hours standby generators assuring no power interruption, and spacious and secure parking lots. From the far end of the north expressway, exit at Sta.Ines Tollgate. Follow the Mabalacat sign, then turn straight ahead to Mac Arthur Highway, when you reach Mac Arthur Highway, turn RIGHT going to Tarlac City.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• Maximum two (2) Children below 12 years old and sharing bed with parents are free of charge (no breakfast).
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Cancellation Charges (including bookings paid through credit card)

5 days prior to check-in date	5% of the total amount paid
Less than 5 days prior to check-in date	1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid
No Show	1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid
Shortened Stay	Unused amount is non-refundable.
