All bookings made for the hotels listed at www.travelmart.net have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of vouchers. Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking. For faxed/scaned and emaild Credit Card Authorization, confirmation vouchers, will be emailed to guest after charging the card.
Guest is responsible in checking their vouchers to make sure all information are correct. TravelMart.net will not be held responsible for any problem that would be caused bt the error(s).
For hotels and resorts in the pacific Islands of the Philippines, an administrative fee of 5% of the total amount paid will be charge for cancellation or key amendments of paid and confirmed reservation.
For cancellation(s) cut off, reservation(s), no-show and shortened stay, all terms and conditions enumerated on the hotel page in our website will still apply and stricly followed.
All booking cancellation must be done on Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm GMT+8 hours (Manila time).
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon unless specifically requested and approved by the hotel.
Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults. Depending on hotel's specific child policies, children below 12 years of age are generally free of charge (however, no breakfast nor extra bed will be provided).
In an unlikely event that allotments with hotels become overbooked due to whatever reason, we reserve the right to substitute the reservation with another hotel of comparable class. If the customer does not agree with the change, we reserve the right to refund the customer up to 100% of the amount paid.
